How will we do this?

Redesign the interface within accessibility standards. Restructure content using intuitive categories, by age, need or service type. Implement a robust search function.

April 2026

Establish the Local Offer as the "front door" for all Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) related information and support in Stockton.

Integrate a chatbot or smart assistant to answer common questions, guide users, and reduce navigation friction.

  • local campaign delivered to raise awareness of local offer
  • reducing enquiries and calls as information is available and being used
