Embed Diverse Paths Programme across 10 primary schools to develop whole school approaches to supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND).

Identification of needs earlier.

Improve the information and resources for those waiting (waiting well).

Increase the number of assessments for those waiting the longest.
