Report a missed collection
To report a missed collection
- click 'Report a missed collection' below
- sign into your My Council account
- go to 'Waste, recycling and garden waste collections'
- select the bin or recycling collection that was missed
- open collection details and choose 'Report missed collection'
You can report a missed collection after 5:30pm on your collection day and within two working days of the missed collection. If you do not have a My Council account, sign up online or call 01642 391959.
