Report a missed collection

To report a missed bin collection:

• log into your My Council account
• on the welcome page, scroll down to the 'Waste, recycling and garden waste collections' section and click ''Waste, recycling and garden waste collections'
• click on the relevant waste or recycling collection, for example: blue bag, white bag, grey food caddy, blue box, refuse or garden, to bring up collection details and then report a collection as missed 

Missed collections cannot be reported before 5:30pm on your collection day and must be reported within two working days.
