All future event trading opportunities are offered through this database list. Once registered, you'll receive emails from us about individual event trading opportunities for you to respond to.
Selection process
Applications are reviewed to ensure:
- a strong mix of traders
- reputation and quality
- affordability
- sustainability
Compliance documents
All traders must be able to provide:
- a Public Liability Insurance document
- a risk assessment and method statement
- a link to your food hygiene inspection data using the Food Standards Agency website, if applicable
- health and safety documentation, if applicable

Visitor Experience Ambassadors
We regularly recruit casual Visitor Experience Ambassadors to work at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council events, including the annual Stockton International Riverside Festival (SIRF).
As an ambassador, you will be at the heart of events, ensuring a vibrant and enjoyable experience for visitors, whilst assisting with the smooth running and delivery of successful events.
