Summary
This report is the Council's Annual Infrastructure Funding Statement, which is a statutory requirement introduced in the Community Infrastructure Regulations in 2019.
The report provides a summary of the information included in planning obligations for the period 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023. As the Council does not charge a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), the requirements relating to this method of infrastructure delivery are a nil return.
