Councillor Sylvia Walmsley represents Stainsby Hill Ward and was elected in 2007. Councillor Walmsley was also previously elected between 2003 to 2005. Members of the public can call in to discuss any issues they may have at her ward surgeries which are held at South Thornaby Community & Resource Centre and Thornaby Pavilion.
