What is Switch Together Energy?
You may remember Big Community Switch — the scheme that helped residents save on energy bills by joining forces. That same trusted service has a new name: it's now Switch Together Energy, a nationwide movement helping households across the UK secure fair energy tariffs through group buying.
Registration is now open for residents until Friday 14 August 2026, the auction for this scheme will take place on Tuesday 30 June 2026.
By joining together, we can:
- unlock exclusive tariffs from vetted suppliers, all backed by 100% renewable electricity
- protect households from future price rises by fixing rates
- make switching simple, safe, and hassle-free
