If you are a parent, carer, professional or young person who has a general question about Special Educational Needs and or Disabilities (SEND) services in Stockton, our team is here to help.

SEND Navigator Service 

If you are a parent or carer who is new to SEND or need help navigating support options, our SEND Navigator offer friendly, one-to-one support to help you understand what services are available and how to access them.

  • Monday's 1pm to 4pm 
  • Wednesday's 9am to 12pm

SENDIASS (SEND Information, Advice and Support Service) 

If you are a family or young person needing help with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP), school placements, or rights and entitlements, SENDIASS provides free, impartial, and confidential advice to parents, carers, and young people with SEND.

Stockton Parent and Carer Forum (SPCF)

SPCF is made up of parents and carers of children and young people with SEND aged 0-25 years living in Stockton on Tees. They volunteer their time to work alongside strategic bodies, service providers and commissioners to ensure that the needs of children, young people with SEND and their families are being met.
