Day centres provide a friendly and sociable environment for older members of the community who, for various reasons, find it more difficult to get out and about by themselves.

Adult Learning Disability Community Day Options Service
Central Stockton Day Service provides a range of opportunities for people with learning disabilities which are designed to maintain and, where possible, to develop skills which can be used in everyday life. For further information contact:

Allensway Community based Learning Disability Day Service
We are a day care centre for people with learning disabilities.
Halcyon Centre
We are a day service for adults and older people, including those living with Dementia.
LiveWell Hub
The LiveWell Hub is the base for the Stockton-on-Tees Adult Carers Service, Dementia Service and Shared Lives Service. It is a community-based service that provides dementia information, support and training for carers and anyone living with dementia in Stockton-on-Tees.
STEPs Community Bridge Building
Help for adults with a disability or adults over 50 years old at risk of social isolation and loneliness.
