You can contact us online or by phone. If there is a need for a face to face appointment at one of our Customer Service Centres we will book one for you.

My Council

You can use your 'My Council' account to request a service online or to track progress of existing requests. By signing up to your 'My Council' account, you can also request to subscribe to the Council's monthly newsletter, keeping you up-to-date with the latest new.

Our online services are available through the Council website 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can contact us to apply for a service, make a payment, report a problem or make a complaint.

We are happy to provide information from the Council in different formats such as accessible PDF, large print, easy read, audio recording or braille. To request an alternative format use our online form. We'll consider your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Telephone Contact Centre

You can normally contact our services by phone Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

Customer Service Centres

Our Customer Service Centres are open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm for the collection of recycling equipment, digital assistance and pre-arranged face to face appointments.

Our centres have audio induction loops, or if you contact us before your visit we can arrange a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter. 

Library staff are also available in each of our centres to help you to access our online services.
