Our values

Over the past year, we have worked with our workforce to develop a new set of Values and Behaviours. This employee-driven effort captures what it is to work for Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council today.

More than 500 people participated in discussions and shared their vision on what makes Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council a great place to work. Employees also identified the key values and behaviours that will help us to achieve the our objectives.

Our values truly are created by and demonstrated by our workforce.
