Surrender your permit
If you no longer operate the activity covered by your environmental permit, you will need to surrender it by submitting the surrender form. There is no fee to surrender a permit.

Transfer or vary your permit
If you need to transfer or vary your permit to a new operator, please email Environmental.Health@stockton.gov.uk before completing the form.
Not all transfers or variations require a fee. Once we have confirmed the fee you can complete and submit the form along with the relevant payment.
