Independent Safety Advisory Group

We have established an Independent Safety Advisory Group (ISAG) to provide guidance and specialist advice to Event Planners and Event Organisers in staging their events and helping them understand their individual responsibilities and those of other agencies.

All planned large events in public spaces within the Borough must be submitted to ISAG.

Visit our event planning page to submit an application.

We will provide an independent expert assessment of the suitability and robustness of event plans from a health, safety and community impact point of view.

The main principle of the ISAG is to create consistent and coordinated safety processes to oversee and increase public safety at large public events and gatherings.

To receive a copy of our ISAG notification form please email events@stockton.gov.uk
