Family Hubs
Welcome to our Family Hubs!
We're here to support you, your children, and your whole family.
Our Family Hub service is delivered in partnership with Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust, Family Action, and North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.
Across our four Family Hub locations, you'll find a friendly team ready to help you with:
- fun activity sessions, including volunteer supported stay and play
- workshops and groups covering a wide range of topics for children and young people aged 0 to 19
- advice and information about services and activities available locally
- extra support, whenever you feel you need it
- volunteering opportunities, where you can share your skills and experiences with other families

Visit the Best Start in Life parent hub for advice and support for your child's development from pregnancy to childcare through to starting school. The Best Start in Life parent hub also has information on childcare support for people on Universal Credit and for working parents, as well as Tax-Free Childcare, wraparound childcare, and breakfast clubs.

Each Family Hub is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4:30pm Friday.

Our main Health Visitor Service is based at our Thornaby Family Hub, to contact your Health Visitor phone 03333 202 302, this number is manned 9am to 5pm.
