Description

The Stockton on Tees Local Plan enables local communities and the Council to shape development across the Borough as it will, once adopted, be the starting point for the consideration of planning applications for the development and use of land.

The Council is undertaking a consultation on the draft Regulation 18 Local Plan.

Results and outcomes

During the consultation, 108 responses were received with 42 being made via the response form (either online or by post).

The Consultation Statement (Regulation 19) which provides a summary breakdown of the number of representations received and main issues raised can be requested from the Council's Spatial Planning Team. Please contact spatialplans@stockton.gov.uk
