Housing and Neighbourhood Partnership

The aim of the Housing and Neighbourhood Partnership is to bring together, at a local level, all appropriate stakeholders to achieve one common goal.

"To provide access to good quality, affordable housing, with appropriate support, located within pleasant, safe and sustainable neighbourhoods".

Its members include representatives from the following interest groups:

  • Registered Providers (also known as Registered Social Landlords)
  • Private Developers
  • Private Sector Landlords
  • Police
  • Probation Service
  • Age Concern
  • Community Campus
  • Stonham
  • Locality Forums
  • Community/Voluntary Network partners
  • Stockton Borough Council
  • Supported Housing Providers

The Chair of the Partnership is Stewart Tagg from the Fabrick Housing Group and the Vice-Chair is Suzanne Fletcher.
