Government rules determine how many bedrooms you need for the size of your household.
The rules allow one bedroom for:
A Bedroom may also be allowed for:
- Disabled claimant or partner
- Disabled child
- Disabled non dependant
All of your circumstances will need to be considered including whether the disabled person is entitled to certain disability benefits.
