Our larger libraries - Billingham, Norton, Stockton, Thornaby Central and Yarm are open for book returns and reservation collections from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 4.30pm between Monday to Friday. A limited browsing time of 20 minutes has been introduced alongside a booking system for accessing the ICT facilities. Our Mobile library remains closed.

ICT access is limited to 1 session per day for 45 minutes which is bookable via telephone to one of the libraries listed below. ICT access is not available at Yarm Library.

Morning Sessions commence at 10.15 :11.15 and 12.15, afternoon sessions commence at 2.15 and 3.15 with cleaning time allowed between each booking.
