Accident reporting at work
If you are an employer, self-employed or in control of work premises you will have duties under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).
They require you to report some work-related injuries, diseases and dangerous occurrences and apply to all work activities.
We investigate reported work-related accidents, diseases or dangerous occurrences and co-operate with the police and other emergency services as necessary.
