Current tender opportunities
Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council’s Community Services Team will shortly be tendering for the following services to be included on a Framework Agreement:
- Mechanical services (including domestic gas, industrial gas and oil)
- Electrical services (including domestic and commercial re-wires)
- Roofing and fascias
- Building and joinery
- Flooring and wall coverings
- Windows / glazing
A Framework Agreement is a way of producing a list of approved contractors who will be invited to submit prices for works contracts. Only those contractors who are successfully placed on the Framework will be invited to submit prices.
We would like to invite contractors interested in this opportunity to attend a Market Engagement event on 10 January 2019 1pm-2pm or 11 January 2019 6pm-7pm. The event will be held at:

To apply to be included on the Framework you must register on the Councils e-tendering system, ProContract. You can access ProContract free of charge. For guidance on how to access and use the portal please visit this page, where video tutorials are available free of charge.
The event will be an opportunity for the Council to express its requirements and the procurement procedure that will be followed. Please confirm your attendance via the ProContract portals messaging facility under the Project Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council Minor Works Framework, reference DN380465. Please note each day will be limited to 90 places on a first come first serve basis.
