Billingham Library and Customer Service Centre
The new Billingham Library was built on the site of the Town’s former Art Gallery and Council Offices – it incorporates both Roseberry Library and the library on Bedale Avenue. The library benefits from the latest self-service technology, improved ICT facilities and a wide range of fiction and non-fiction books.
The Library is also home to the Billingham Customer Service Centre and the Cash Office.

Saturday: 9.30am - 4pm

Customer Service Centre
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 5pm
Friday: 8.30am - 4.30pm
Saturday: 9.30am - 12.30pm
Sunday: closed
Cash Office
Monday: 8.30am to 4pm
Tuesday to Friday: 9am - 4pm
