Customer Service Centres - In Person
Our Customer Service Centres provide an integrated first point of contact where queries will be dealt with by highly trained staff. This means that the Borough's residents can now call into one central point at either Stockton, Billingham or Thornaby Central Library rather than visiting a number of different offices.
