A full Council Tax bill assumes that two adults live in the property. Depending on your circumstances you may be eligible for a Council Tax discount, reduction or exemption. Find out if you qualify on our discounts, reductions and exemptions page.

Change your instalments
Change your 10 monthly instalments to weekly, fortnightly or 12 monthly.
If you have been notified that your Council Tax account is in credit, you can apply for a refund.
Exemption Class B Application
Some properties are exempt from Council Tax. If you are a Charitable Organisation you may be eligible for a discount.
