Struggling to get your head around a new iPad or tablet you received for Christmas?

Tees Achieve, Stockton Council’s Adult Learning Service, is hosting two workshops to help people get to grips with the technology.

The first, a two week course priced £20, will start at Kiora Hall in Roseworth from 1pm to 3pm on Wednesday 14 January.

The course is aimed at helping people to become familiar with their device, including how to optimise and personalise its settings.

For those wishing to get even more out of their device, the ‘Apptastic’ course will look at how to download and use the various apps that are available.

This three week course, also at Kiora Hall and priced £20, starts on Wednesday 28 January and runs from 1pm to 3pm.

People taking part in the courses need to bring their own iPad or tablet with them.
