£25,951 - £37,306 per annum

Grade J-M (Additional Grade payable for AMHP Status)
It is anticipated that an appointment will be made at Grade J-L to maintain a skills balance within the team. Starting salary will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.

An opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker to primarily work within Services for Older People - Mental Health providing assessments to clients over the age of 65 with severe and enduring mental health problems.
You will be required to be responsible for a caseload as directed and work within legislative frameworks to deliver a high standard of care to users and carers of the service.
AMHP experience would be useful, but not essential and the ability to carry out assessment under Mental Health Act 1983 with good risk/needs assessment skills.
