History Wardrobe tells stories through fashion
History buffs were given a glimpse of Victorian working life through a look back at the fashion of the time during an event held at the newly refurbished Yarm Library.

'A Very Victorian Lady', presented by History Wardrobe, treated the audience to a rare opportunity to see original Victorian clothes and accessories which were used to tell the tale of a mother, millworker, milliner and emigrant.
The show was part of a festival of events that have taken place at the new look library, which also houses a new Newcastle Building Society branch.
