West End Gardens is situated off Dovecot Street in the heart of Stockton on Tees, close to a wide range of shops and leisure facilities. The Council is working in partnership with the Thirteen Housing Group to deliver 117 new homes for affordable rent. Engie are the appointed contractor to build these new homes. The scheme is scheduled for completion by December 2019.

There is a range of 2 and 3 bedroom houses, 2 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom bungalows available on the development, 65 are already complete and occupied

The remaining 2 and 3 bed roomed houses will be allocated in line with the Compass Allocations Policy and Local Lettings Plan, preference will be given to those applying with a commitment to Stockton Town centre through employment, recognised voluntary work, employment related training or who provide full-time care to a disabled child or elderly person and to a disabled person whose disability prevents them from participating in a work related activity.
