Housing regeneration schemes

The overall regeneration of the borough is bringing about an exciting transformation in facilities and opportunities for local people. Our housing regeneration schemes are a vital part of this.

We aim to provide high quality market and affordable housing in vibrant, sustainable and mixed communities.

We are currently working on five multi-million pound investment schemes:

Our Housing Regeneration team will be happy to discuss these exciting housing regeneration schemes with you.

Contact the Housing Regeneration team for more information about our housing regeneration schemes.

We want your views on the Victoria Estate proposals

If you’re aged over 50 and a resident of the Borough, we want your help to develop the future housing provision on Stockton’s Victoria Estate.

We are working in partnership with the Thirteen Housing Group to explore the proposal of providing a unique Urban Village Living redevelopment for people aged over 55.

We would like to know your thoughts on the proposal and what would be the major influences on your future housing decisions.

There are a range of ways by which you can share your views with us:

  • Visit www.victoriavillage.org.uk and complete the online survey.
  • Pop along to our ‘sofa events’ being held at Stockton Market on Wednesday 14 and Saturday 17 September and in the Rediscover Shop (Stockton High Street) on Friday 16 September.
  • Pick up a printed copy of the survey at our customer services centres in Stockton, Billingham and Thornaby or in the reception of Stratford House (Thirteen Group offices) or in the Re-discover Stockton Shop (134b High Street Stockton on Tees).
  • Some residents may also receive a postal copy of the survey to complete and return.

The consultation will be open until Monday 3 October 2016 for you to have your say.
