Street Lighting

Stockton Borough Council maintains a stock of over 28,000 street lights, in addition to 1700 illuminated signs and almost 700 illuminated bollards.

Faulty or broken street lights, illuminated signs and bollards can cause serious injury or death and should not be touched or interfered with.

To track a reported fault you must have the Street Light ID. This will be located on the street light itself.

Traffic Lights

Neighbouring authority, Middlesbrough Council, maintain all traffic signals across the Tees Valley. 

To report a fault with a traffic light or pedestrian crossing, please contact Middlesbrough Council.
