Resident parking zones are established at Hardwick Estate, Stockton Town Centre West, Trinity Gardens and Eaglescliffe (Station Road area).
Residents of each zone can buy a permit that allows parking at any time in any of the marked Residents parking bays within their zone.
A resident parking permit does not guarantee a parking space. Only vehicles displaying a permit can be parked during the hours of operation.

Permits are not transferable between zones.
Residents and visitor permits cost £10 per year, business permits cost £50 per year and all zone permits costs £10.

To get a resident or visitor permit, evidence must be produced to confirm that the applicant lives in the property.
Evidence must be returned by one of the following options:

If you have a business in the Residents Parking Zone and have a vehicle which is registered at the business address, you may apply for a business permit.
Blue Badge Holders are not permitted to park within the Residents bays, however are permitted to park on the single yellow lines for up to three hours displaying a valid badge and clock.
