Resident parking zones are established at Victoria Estate, Hardwick Estate, Stockton Town Centre West, Trinity Gardens and Eaglescliffe (Station Road area).
Residents of each zone can buy a permit that allows parking at any time in any of the marked Residents parking bays within their zone.
A resident parking permit does not guarantee a parking space. Only vehicles displaying a permit can be parked during the hours of operation.

Permits are not transferable between zones.
Residents and visitor permits cost £10 per year, business permits cost £50 per year and all zone permits costs £10.

To get a resident or visitor permit, evidence must be produced to confirm that the applicant lives in the property please see the guidance notes for detail.

Blue Badge Holders are not permitted to park within the Residents bays, however are permitted to park on the single yellow lines for up to three hours displaying a valid badge and clock.
