Introduction
Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is a regulator for the purposes of enforcing the Environmental Protection (Single-use Vapes) (England) Regulations 2024. As a regulator, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is required to publish guidance on our use of the fines, notices and other penalties contained in the regulations.
This guidance should be read together with the regulations and with Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council's Regulatory Services Enforcement Policy.
