Our Local Offer brings together clear, accessible information about the support, services and opportunities available for children and young people aged 0-25 with Special Educational Needs and or Disabilities (SEND) and for their families. It is designed to help you understand what support you can expect locally, how to access it, and who can help. The Local Offer is for children and young people with SEND, their parents and carers, practitioners working with families and education, health and social care professionals
