Hearing Sub-Committee
The Hearing Sub-Committee meets to hear from the Investigator, who has investigated an alleged breach of the code of conduct by a member, and to consider any written or verbal representations from the parties involved. If the Sub-Committee find that a breach of the code of conduct has occurred, sanctions may be imposed, such as suspending a member from membership of a Committee or from the Council for a period up to six months. .
