Consideration Sub-Committee

Where a complaint about member conduct has been referred for investigation, an investigation report will be produced and submitted to the Consideration Sub-Committee.  Where the Investigator has found that the Member has not breached the code of conduct, the Sub-Committee has to decide whether or not it agrees with that finding.  If it does not, it may refer the matter to a hearing.  If the Investigator finds that a breach of the code of conduct has occurred, the matter must be referred to a hearing by the Consideration Sub-Committee.
