Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007
The Bill given legislative effect to many of the proposals contained in the White Paper, Strong and Prosperous Communities published in October 2006 including the proposals for strengthening scrutiny and reforming the regime relating to standards of conduct for local government.
