Translation and transcription
It's extremely important our residents can access
information in a format appropriate to them such as Braille/large
print or another language. As a Council we don't automatically produce
all our information in other formats or languages, however if we receive a
request or are working with a community with specific needs we can make
sure it is produced in the right way.
If you need to use a telephone translation service, when dealing with a
resident directly, please contact a member of the team for more
information.
We have developed some guidance downloadable below including some
useful contact numbers. For details please contact a member of the
diversity team.
