Equality and Human Rights Commission - The Equality and Human Rights Commission champions equality and human rights for all, working to eliminate discrimination, reduce inequality, protect human rights and to build good relations, ensuring that everyone has a fair chance to participate in society.
The Trades Union Congress (TUC) - Campaigns against discrimination at work and in the wider society. This includes work on equal rights for women, men and part timers, equality for black and minority ethnic workers, lesbian and gay rights, disability issues and age equality. Adviceguide - An online Citizens Advice Bureau service providing independent advice, information fact sheets and a directory of CABs.
Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) - The Government department is working to reduce inequalities and build community cohesion. It takes the lead with other key departments in promoting equality with the aim of social justice and sustainable, economically viable communities.
