Parish Boundary Review
A Parish Boundary Review was undertaken in 2004 by the Council in consultation with the Parish Councils, to bring the Parish boundaries in line with new warding arrangements for 2005 following a Periodic Electoral Review.
It was not possible to introduce all of the changes in time for the 2007 elections and the outstanding recommendations were scheduled for introduction in April 2008. In order to complete the parish boundary review the Council must now comply with its new duties detailed in the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007.
