When and where can I meet with you to discuss my problem or query?


I hold regular ward surgeriesonce a month. Future dates and locations, including a map, are available by clicking on the Fairfield link in the Related Content section of this page. How can I report litter or waste collection problems ?


Care For Your Area is the name of the council service which aims to make our area a better place in which to live. The team is responsible for a vast array of services including Refuse Collection, Recycling, Street Cleaning, Parks and Countryside, and Highway Maintenance. The contact details are available on this page but there are also on-line forms that you can submit yourself to report a problem. However if you prefer you can contact me and I will report and progress the matter on your behalf.

The online reporting system is accessed through this website. Just click onto the blue online services option at the top of this screen and you can then select 'A fault, problem of request for service', then finally click the Care For Your Area icon and you will see a list of options to report your issue. This facility means that our services are accessible 24 hours per day and the information you provide will be forwarded automatically to the appropriate Officer



How can I find out information about local schools ?

If you click on the School Finder link in the External Links section of this page you can access details of all the schools within the borough as well as links to external bodies like Ofsted. There are telephone numbers listed below of the schools that most children from our ward attend.
