I work for all residents of the Bishopsgarth & Elm Tree Ward irrespective of their politics. Local issues are considered on merit and not political party views. It is important that individuals make their views known and participate in local debate and register their opinions by voting at local and national elections.
Residents living in most of the Bishopsgarth & Elm Tree Ward are located in the Stockton South constituency and are represented by Dari Taylor MP in the UK Parliament (details are below). However the estates to the north of Darlington Back Lane opposite Norwich Avenue and The Vale are in the Stockton North constituency and are represented in the UK Parliament by Frank Cook MP (details are below).
