How do I report a faulty streetlight?

Make a note of the reference number on the faulty street light and send an email containing it to street.lighting@stockton.gov.uk. Alternatively you can contact me with the details of the fault via email, phone or letter and I will report the problem for you.


Where can I find details of the local schools ?

The local schools for children living in Ingleby Barwick are widespread but include Myton Park, Whinstone, Ingleby Mill, St Francis of Assisi CE, and St Therese of Lisieux RC in the primary sector and All Saints CE, Conyers, Egglescliffe, Thornaby Community and St Patricks RC in the secondary sector. How do I request a recycling box or report litter in my street ?

The Stockton Council Care For Your Area Team deal with litter, recycling, waste collection and fly tipping as well as a host of similar functions. The contact details for the team are available on this page so that you can contact them directly. You can also contact me to report the problem on your behalf or you can submit an online form about the problem at any time of the day or night which ensures that the fault is reported directly to the appropriate team as soon as possible.

To use online forms click on the Online Services blue button toward the top of the page and then select A Fault, Problem or Request For Service. If you select the large Care For Your Area icon on the page you will see a list of different problems to report or services to request. Choose the appropriate one and complete the form with all of the relevant details and submit the form any time of the day or night.
