When and where can I meet with you to discuss my problem or query?

How do I report a faulty streetlight?
Make a note of the reference number on the faulty street light and send an email containing it to street.lighting@stockton.gov.uk in the Contact Us section of this page. Alternatively you can contact me with the details of the fault via email, phone or letter.

How do I report a problem with litter in my area?
The Care For Your Area team at Stockton Council deals with litter problems. Details are located in the Contact Us section. We also have an online reporting system which can be accessed through the council website. Just click onto online services on the main screen and you can then either click 'A fault, problem of request for service', then finally click the Care For Your Area icon and you will see a list of options to report your issue. This facility means that our services are accessible 24 hours per day and the information you provide will be forwarded automatically to the appropriate Officer. The Care for Your Area Team will log the work and respond to the email address you enter on the form. Alternatively you can contact me by email, phone or letter with the details.

How do I check on the progress of planning applications in my street?
You can check planning application details on-line where you can search for a specific Planning Application or a Property and check on the weekly lists of applications received and their progress. There is a link in the Also of Interest section of this page to the On-Line Planning system.

How can I easily report Anti Social Incidents in my neighbourhood?
The Stockton Council Anti Social Behaviour team have a series of pages where you can report a variety of different incidents at any time of the day or night. They can be reached via the related content section of this page. There are also links to and contact numbers for different agencies who may be able to assist. What are the contact details for primary and secondary schools in our ward?
The local Primary School is Hartburn Primary School and the local secondary school is Ian Ramsey Church of England Aided Comprehensive School. Contact details can be obtained via the Schools in the Borough link in the Also of Interest section on this page.
