When and where can I meet with you?
I hold monthly ward surgeries with the neighbourhood police team in attendance to assist with matters that relate to their duties. You can see the future dates and times as well as the location details of the surgeries by clicking on the link called Billingham South in the Also of Interest section of this page. You can of course contact me by phone, email or letter at other times. My details and those of the other councillor for the ward, Cllr Mike Smith, are on in the Contact Us section of this page.

How do I report Anti Social Behaviour?
The Stockton Council Anti Social Behaviour team have a series of pages where you can report a variety of different incidents at any time of the day or night. They can be reached via the link in the related content section of this page. There are also links to and contact numbers for different agencies who may be able to assist. You can also contact the Anti Social Behaviour team by email or phone. Contact details are available on this page. In the Additional Resources there is a link to On-Line Forms to report Anti Social behaviour of different types which you may also find useful. Alternatively you can contact me by phone, email or letter to discuss the problem and how best to deal with it.

If you are a Tristar Tenant you can report Anti Social Behaviour to the Tristar ASB reduction team. There is an external link in the Web Links to the Tristar website page where you can submit details of the problem. In the first instance all reports of ASB will be investigated by the Patch Manager.

How do I report obstructive or illegally parked cars?
Stockton Borough Council is now responsible for on street parking offences. The Enforcement team are responsible for this area as well as for other forms of Anti Social Behaviour. Their contact details are in the Contact Us section.

There is a link called Billingham South in the Also of Interest section of this page which will take you to the Crime in Your Area - Billingham South page where there is some useful information about the Community Safety Plan Priorities for the ward as well as access to the current crime statistics and contact details for council and police teams for the ward.

How do I report a faulty streetlight?
Make a note of the reference number on the faulty street light and send an email containing it to street.lighting@stockton.gov.uk. The full contact details for the Street Lighting team are available in the Contact Us section of this page. Alternatively you can contact me with the details of the fault via email, phone or letter and I will report the problem for you.
