Anti Social Behaviour

Anti Social Behaviour is a huge problem everywhere these days and the Newtown ward is no exception. I have added contact details to this page for Stockton Council's Anti Social Behaviour team as well as the Cleveland Police website and the Safer Stockton Partnership site. If you need advice about who to contact for help and advice please let me know. My contact details are to the right of this page too. In the related content section there is also a link to the Anti Social Behaviour pages of the Stockton Council website where there are a number of on-line forms that you can use to report different types of anti social behaviour and for requesting advice or assistance together with masses of information that can help you. If you live in a privately rented home or own your own home then the Anti Social Behaviour Team should be your first point of contact if you are suffering from Anti Social Behaviour. However if you rent your home from the Council (Tristar Homes Ltd) or from a housing association you should contact your Landlord first .

Housing Issues

There are significant pressures on housing throughout the UK at the moment and again the Newtown ward experiences the same problems as elsewhere. Tristar Homes is the body that looks after the stock of council houses for Stockton Council so I have placed a link to their website on this page. You can report and request actions via the website including requesting repairs and home swaps as well as applying for a Council House. The Housing office at Municipal Buildings in Church Road Stockton is the place to visit in person.
