Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council's Electronic Committee Administration System

E-genda is an electronic service available on the internet via Stockton Borough Council's Website which allows the public to have 24 hour access to the following:

This means you can retrieve a wealth of information via the internet any time day or night. You can see dates and times of meetings; all of which you can attend and have your say if you so wish. You can follow a particular scrutiny review as they investigate issues of local concern.

Listed below are the current scrutiny reviews which you could follow and keep up to date by registering for automatic e mails using our Topic Alerting facility.

Tees Active - Arts Leisure and Culture Select Committee.

Older Peoples Strategy - Corporate, Adult Services and Social Inclusion Select Committee.

Obesity - Children and Young People Select Committee

Animal Welfare and Dog Fouling - Environment Select Committee

Hearing aid services - Health Select Committee

Neighbourhood Policing/Neighbourhood Watch/Outward Facing Aspects of CCTV - Housing and Community Safety Select Committee

Highway Network Management and Pavement Parking - Regeneration and Transport Select Committee

For more information on scrutiny check out www.stockton.gov.uk/scrutiny.

You can also check the details of your local Councillor for your area and contact them if you require assistance with an issue you may have. And in addition you can look at the important decisions the Council are making over the next four months and leave your comments for us to action if required, all this and much more.

Full Instructions on how to use E-genda are available via our 'How to Guide' which is attached below or available in hard copy in all public libraries. Alternatively you can contact us and we will be happy to send one out to you.
