Stockton-on-Tees area include:
- In 2010/2011 Stockton-on-Tees had the lowest crime rate across the Tees Valley. (Source: Cleveland Police).
- In Stockton-on-Tees during 2010/2011 there were 10,678 crimes committed. This is a reduction of 41.7% compared to the number of crimes committed during 2005/2006. (Source: Cleveland Police).
- The majority of crimes occurred within the Stockton Town Centre ward. (Source: Cleveland Police).
- During 2009/2010 there were 1,168 deliberate fires (primary and secondary) in Stockton-on-Tees. This is a reduction of 45.9% compared to the same types of deliberate fires started during 2005/2006. (Source: Cleveland Police).
