Revised Terms of Reference
The terms of reference for the partnership are reviewed annually. Proposed revisions in the document below are in italics. We would welcome partnership members views on the terms of reference. You can give your views and propose any other revisions by contacting the housing strategy team on the contact details on this page by Friday 3rd July.
Offensive Incident Policy Briefing
At its January meeting, the Partnership received a presentation on the Council's Offensive Incidents Policy. A briefing for partnership members can be downloaded below. This provides a summary of the policy and how organisations and their customers can report offensive incidents.
Tenant Services Authority Briefing
A briefing for partnership members can be downloaded at the bottom of this page which gives more detail on the Tenant Services Authority and the 'National Conversation' that they are currently carrying out.
Housing and Neighbourhood Partnership Health Check
Each thematic partnership within Renaissance must complete an annual health check questionnaire. The health check questionnaire completed for the Housing And Neighbourhood Partnership can be downloaded below. The health check shows that a number of improvements to the partnership and how it works have been identified and put in place.
