The Housing and Neighbourhood Partnership is a thematic partnership of Stockton Renaissance. It is the key strategic housing link to Renaissance, the Local Strategic Partnership for the borough.
The aim of the Partnership is to bring together (at a local level) all appropriate stakeholders to achieve one common goal:
"To provide access to good quality, affordable housing, with appropriate support, located within pleasant, safe and sustainable neighbourhoods".
Its members include representatives from the following interest groups:

- Tristar Homes Limited (The Council's Arms Length Management Organisation)
