New Complaints Procedure - Members Code of Conduct

Since 8 May 2008 the responsibility for considering complaints that a member (a member of Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council or any of the Town/Parish Councils in Stockton Borough) may have breached the Code of Conduct has been transferred to the Borough Council's Standards Committee.
