Housing and Neighbourhood Partnership

The Housing and Neighbourhood Partnership is a thematic partnership of Stockton Renaissance.

Homes at Mandale ParkThe aim of the Partnership is to bring together (at a local level) all appropriate stakeholders to achieve one common goal:

"To provide access to good quality, affordable housing, with appropriate support, located within pleasant, safe and sustainable neighbourhoods".

Its members include representatives from the following interest groups:

  • Registered Providers (also known as Registered Social Landlords) 
  • Private Developers
  • Private Sector Landlords
  • Police
  • Probation Service
  • Age Concern
  • Community Campus
  • Stonham
  • Renaissance Area Board partnerships
  • Community/Voluntary Network partners
  • Stockton Borough Council
  • Supported Housing Providers

The chair of the partnership is Dave Pickard (Tristar Homes Ltd) and the vice-chair is Susie Thompson (Fabrick Housing Group).
