Housing and Neighbourhood Partnership
The Housing and Neighbourhood Partnership is a thematic partnership of Stockton Renaissance.
The aim of the Partnership is to bring together (at a local level) all appropriate stakeholders to achieve one common goal:
"To provide access to good quality, affordable housing, with appropriate support, located within pleasant, safe and sustainable neighbourhoods".
Its members include representatives from the following interest groups:
- Registered Providers (also known as Registered Social Landlords)
- Private Developers
- Private Sector Landlords
- Police
- Probation Service
- Age Concern
- Community Campus
- Stonham
- Renaissance Area Board partnerships
- Community/Voluntary Network partners
- Stockton Borough Council
- Supported Housing Providers
The chair of the partnership is Dave Pickard (Tristar Homes Ltd) and the vice-chair is Susie Thompson (Fabrick Housing Group).
